25+ years across four industries, full project lifecycle
Over 25 years I designed, built, and delivered business-critical systems across four industry domains:
Warehouse and distribution management systems — inventory tracking, shipment scheduling, and operational reporting.
Product sales and order-management systems — catalog and pricing logic through order processing and settlement.
Manufacturing planning and production-control systems — process scheduling, resource allocation, shop-floor reporting.
Core financial and accounting systems — transaction processing, reconciliation, and compliance reporting.
Engagements spanned the complete delivery cycle — requirements definition and basic design through detailed design, development, testing, and user handover/delivery. Combined with Oracle/DB2 and AWS cloud migrations and PMP/OCP certifications, this is the foundation the current AI product work is built on.
Since December 2023 I've been self-teaching Python and generative AI, deliberately shifting from a pure engineering role toward AI product management — owning products end-to-end: idea, design, build, deployment, and iteration based on real usage. The portfolio is the evidence.
